Susanne AnsorgSusanne Ansorg is one of the most well-known fiddle players in the field of early music. She studied at the University of Leipzig and continued her studies at the Schola Cantorum/Basel where she obtained her diploma in fiddle playing and performance practice with honors. She regulary performs with a variety of ensembles and in recent times participated in new projects in medieval music with ensembles such as Sequentia, The Boston Camtera and Ordo Virtutum. She is artistic director of the Festival for Medieval Music montalbâne at Freyburg. |
